Get your join code
Every community has its own code. Ask your community admin for it — without it, nobody can join.
Create your account
Enter the code, then sign up securely with Microsoft. Parking Spot Share never sees your password.
Add your parking space
If you have a parking space, add it so you can share it with your neighbours — up to three. That's it.
Need a parking spot?
Post a request for the time you need. Everyone in your community with a parking space gets a push notification. When one of them accepts, the booking is created for you automatically.
Away for the day? Let your spot work for you.
Choose the hours you won't need it, add a note if you like, and post. Your neighbours see the offer straight away.

Browse what your neighbours are sharing over the next 24 hours, 3 days, a week or any dates you pick. Book the whole offer or just part of it — the rest stays open for others.

See the spots you've booked, with the spot number, and everything happening with your own: open offers and who booked them. Plans changed? Cancel, or end a booking early and the owner is told the spot is free.

Booked a spot? Find it in seconds.
Tap “Show on map” on your booking and the garage map opens right at your spot, marked with its number. You'll also see the nearest stairwell, so you know which way to go.

Each community is protected by a join code. Offers and requests are visible only to its residents.
No passwords stored
Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra. Parking Spot Share only receives a token confirming who you are.

Delete any time
Remove your account and all your data yourself, straight from Settings.
